Strawberry Coconut Smoothie!


I must admit, when making a smoothie, I always lean towards using strawberries for the main reason that I enjoy drinking something that is the color pink. I can’t help it, it’s my favorite color! It’s also a PLUS that they are packed with Vitamin C, low cal, healthy, and DELICIOUS! Throw in a banana, coconut milk, and a tiny bit of lemon juice, and you have a refreshing smoothie that will make you feel like a supercharged, strong, strawberry superstar!

Here’s what you need to make 1 serving:

  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries (washed and stemmed)
  • 1 cup of ice
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbs. of light coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ¾ cup water
  • Blend all until smooth!
